What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
What if I make a pre-order of items, when will my items be shipped?
All pre-order items will start being processed for shipping in 2 weeks. Standard shipping time for the countries covered by our delivery partners vary depending on location.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can purchase on our website using the following payment providers: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and Interac.
We additionally offer support for Shop Pay, Paypal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
You can chose these payment methods at checkout.
3. Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship in Canada and United-States.

How long does it take to ship my order?
Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 2-3 business days to process it for delivery.

How can I track my package?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).
Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.
4. Returns
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns based on certain conditions. Please refer directly to our return policy here.
Can I exchange an item?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We do accept exchanges and they follow the same conditions as returns
How long does it take to process a return?
Returns are confirmed within 5 business days of receiving the package at our warehouse.
Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement, will be issued within 14 days of our services accepting your return. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
